1. Services

BUSINESS STUDIO (PRIVATE) LIMITED ("we", "our", or "us") provides creative media, digital platforms, and business technology solutions. The specific scope of services for any client will be defined in a formal quotation or proposal.

2. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary materials for the execution of agreed services in a timely manner.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules, deposits, and milestones will be outlined in the formal quotation. Work will commence only upon receipt of the agreed initial payment.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain intellectual property rights to underlying methodologies, pre-existing materials, and generic components developed during the provision of services.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed during the course of the business relationship.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising out of the services provided shall be limited to the total amount paid by the client for those specific services.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
